Mob Rule against Rule of Law.

St. Louis couple, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, went v***l defending their property against a rabble. Mark McCloskey with his lawyer speaks out on 'Tucker'. Radical prosecutor taking aim at them for defending their home during a protest. #FoxNews #Tucker
Kim Gardner Circuit Attorney City of St.Louis, promised to have this couple punished if she could. I am disturbed by the event that occurred this weekend. She said that “peaceaful” protesters were met with guns and a violent assault and that any attempts to use of force or intimidation will not be tolerated. We must protect the rights to peaceful protest. I will wear work with the police to investigate this tragic incident. I will use every advance of Missouri law to hold them accountable.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that the Circuit Attorney's office had released all of the 36 r****rs who had been arrested. This drew criticism from the Gardner's longtime public opponent Eric Schmitt, the Attorney General of Missouri. Gardner's office responded that the individuals were released due to insufficient evidence.
As seen in the videos, the protesters, about 50 people, broke a wrought iron entry door and entered private property illegally, so they were intruders. Seen from this angle, it is not a peaceful protest, as these people are acting against the law, causing property damage; and if to this we add death and other damages threats to those who reproach them for their illegal actions, the act becomes serious, justifying the use of force by those threatened in their lives and property. I highly doubt that this circuit attorney who is (indisputably a r****t) in favor of Black L***s M****r, can achieve that this couple is somehow punished for defending their life and home; but it would not be strange if she try to use any dirty means to do it, since her way of acting is well known and previously she has been at risk of losing his legal license and facing criminal charges for misconduct in a prosecution, having been under investigation by a special prosecutor and a grand jury.
In Missouri, according to the current self-defense statute, you have a right to “stand your ground” in the face of an attack in any location “you have a right to be”. Missouri's law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, by yourself or with another individual. There you can legally own an AR-15 and is authorized a tax credit for a purchase of one. In a growing number of states it is legal to shoot someone if that person is in a house uninvited. Sometimes called the “castle doctrine,” this legal standard makes it possible for one to defend not just your person and your family, but also your property, all using deadly force so long as it occurs in one's home.
What are the Laws for shooting someone who is trespassing on your propriety giving you feel threatened by them? Don't do warning shots. There's no reason for them. If you're outnumbered and you want to let your intruders know that you mean business, apply judicious aiming to the first one that presents and use that individual as a target.
Now I understand the opposition to the so-called "assault rifles", as they serve to defend against the dirty rabble. I have to buy one that I have used (M-14), because the Ruger 9 mm pistol is not enough. A proper reception is the best that can be given to the arrogant rabble.
What we are seeing is very similar to what did Hitler's brown shirts, Mussolini's black shirts or Castro's rapid response rabble. Here they are called A****a and Black L***s M****r; and I hope that these organizations, along with the drug cartels, will soon be declared terrorists; so that their leaders and followers are taken to Guantánamo, a prison where reforms have been made and their capacity increased, so that they can be comfortable in the place. Always leaving a little place for those who defend these causes even if they do not have the courage to participate in them, such as Kevyn or Kemmer, because I know that they will enjoy the company very much in that place, especially in the shower.

This very much follows the Liberal Play Book. Do not do the Hard Work of going after Criminals like the ones who were threatening and r**ting and l**ting and burning, but go after regular people, because regular people are easier.

In the early to middle days of the C****-** Plague and lockdowns Democratic Governors found it far easier to threaten Law Abiding Business Owners who wanted to reopen, than to deal with young people flouting the mask rules in public, and certainly not to deal with the heath issues of the r****rs.

Liberals, Bureaucrats, and other Autocrats have found all they must do is threaten to revoke occupancy permits and licenses from regular folks to get them to follow their orders. It is much much much harder to get r****rs occupying sections of cities to obey their masters.

Awwww....poor baby terrorists can't take it if someone stands up to them. Self defense is not allowed. The little thugs will have to find a corner to cry in. They're only happy gang beating on some little old lady or l**ting or burning someones place down....and they continue to call this "peaceful". Must have changed the meaning of peaceful someplace along the line when I didn't notice.
