My work is an essential service and we're swamped with projects to the point of turning clients away.
I've been in The Texas Valley since Early June conducting surveys for the Border Patrol
We will complete this project next week and then we're off to El Paso for a DOT job.
I don't envy you Goobers who are sitting on your butts and shut down like cave dwellers.
I've already been surf fishing at South Padre and Thursday I'm going back and spend the entire day fishing at Port Isabel.
I've got a tan so deep that I look like a colored man.
So you Goobers be sure to stay in your hovels and wear your stupid masks.
I'll keep you in mind while I'm enjoying the fresh air and sunshine here in The Texas Valley.

I went to HEB to pick up a few things. I was the only one in the store without a mask. No one called me out or tried to fix my thinking. The ones I did make eye contact with seemed supportive, one even winked.
A man about my age, I thought he might be gay until he gave me a thumbs-up. He was just keeping wifey happy, who was reading a label on something behind him. I gave him a thumbs-up back, a great trip to the store for a change. Sneeze and cough protectors still up but they weren't whipping down the carts anymore. Things are almost back to normal. Even some regular items were showing back up. My regular brand of tea was back on the self. It's been missing for two months.
