Really, where are they then?

You are the first reporter I've heard that from.

Destroying or deleting emails under subpoena is a crime.

This is stupid statement, even from you.[/

The FBI has reportedly recovered both personal and work-related emails from Hillary Clinton’s private computer server that she used during her time as secretary of state. The FBI is investigating the reasoning behind the presence of classified information on the server, and the remainder of the probe will take an additional several months. Also Tuesday, the Democratic p**********l frontrunner dismissed a Washington Post report that claims the State Department’s request for her emails was “prompted entirely by the discovery that Clinton had exclusively used a private email system.” The report contradicts what Clinton has maintained, which is that the department asked for her emails as part of a routine record-keeping effort to archive “everything from other secretaries of state, not just me,” as she said Sunday. When a Des Moines Register asked Clinton about the discrepancy between her and the State Department’s accounts, she said she didn’t know.

Yes that pertains to the 30,000 emails she did hand over, which DID contain classified information.

It doesn't mention the 30,000 she deleted. It is also 4 years old.

Nice try though

E mails have a sender and receiver. Any relevant e mail could be checked on the other end. But there was nothing worth checking . As for any deletions, a staff member answered the request and deleted personal e mails.

I'm sorry but a staffer doesn't have the authority to delete subpoenaed emails. No one does. Its really simple

The request was for pertinent e mails, things about her daughter did not count.

It wasn't a request, it was a subpoena to hand over "all" emails.

It is hard to understand why moldy defends Clinton on this. Even IF they acted appropriately, her hiding her emails and server "stuff" is not dependable. We're it Trump,he'd be ready to lynch.

Barr misinterpreted the mueller report.

Really. What is your interpretation?
And who do you think should interpret the report?

If he had released the summary that was provided there would be no controversy. He rewrote it to defend trump who is guilty of multiple crimes.

He didn't re-write anything.
And what crimes exactly? I hear that often but nobody is ever specific.
Unlike Obama's crimes which were easily identified.

Anybody, and I mean ANYBODY who watched Muellers testimony knows that he had no idea of what was in "his" report. He didn't even know who the main players were.

It's kinda ironic, both Mueller and Biden play the same part...that of a puppet.
