This $2.5 billion was an emergency fund to use for the border wall along US and Mexico during these p******c outbreaks. The purpose was preventing illegal entries of those i*****l a***ns most specially during the height of the spread of the C****av***s.
That pregnant Mexican woman is responsible for her fall, climbing while pregnant to deliver her baby at the US, so her baby becomes a US citizen by birth. This is a very common practice among Hispanics and Chinese. She is pregnant climbing a wall, how stupid could that be? Pregnant to limb up there on the wall to illegally enter the US?
Democrat Congress does not appropriate funding for the wall so president Trump fails. Fact is the democrats want open border, no walls and allowing all illegal entries to the US.

The judge based the decision on the premise that if Congress refused to fund something, it may not be funded anyhow, anywhere, and by anyone. This decision will surely not stand. This would not only make Congress above the other branches, but would convey near godlike authority on them. They can refuse to pay for the wall. They cannot demand no one pay for it!
