Obviously, you can not reform the police without breaking the unions. To do that you have to shut down the current police force and start from scratch.

Your hero the Obama did not allow that when he saved the car companies. Tell me why the United Auto Workers are better than the Police Unions ? Are you now a union buster ? I am in SHOCK.

There was a time I might have expected to see something like this happen someplace like Dearborn, Michigan, long a U.S. city turned Islamic colony, but when I see someone like Ilhan Omar being elected and then continuing to be supported by v**ers in a geographic subdivision as a U.S. representative I can see also where such a phenomenon is headed.
My greatest problem with this entire scenario is that the state of Minnesota is, unless I've missed something, still one of the 50 United States of America, therefore still subject to the same Constitution as the other 49.
It's quite obvious that a tree or two will require some vigorous shaking before too long.
