That is a felony. I don't know why our f**g has been demoted to irrelevancy, whereas, in days gone by, mishandling the f**g would have brought swift justice..................often delivered to the ass by the feet of the witnesses to such an outrage. Did you know that if you display the f**g on your property, it must be taken down at sunset? Did you know that it is illegal to deface the f**g in any way.....................including turning into t shirts and the like?
The f**g is no longer a symbol of anything, because our apathetic asses don't give a damn anymore.

That's what I thought too,but somebody said that they can do this because of the 1st Ammendment .... But I totally agree with you !!

The 1st is not a blanket, it does not allow everything. What if I want to express my disapproval of i*********n l*ws by k*****g Italians? Claiming it's my 1st amendment right won't get me out of a murder charge, because murder trumps 1st amendment. Defacing the American f**g should trump 1st amendment rights as well.
We've let far too many things slide, because it was easier than dealing with it, and here we are.

A Supreme Court decision years ago determined f**g burning to be an expression of free speech, this decision made the f**g code unenforceable.

You miss quote the President. He said punishment of anyone burning a government owned f**g. The one you refer to was bought and put up by protestors.

I have not and will not burn a US f**g, nor do I support the destruction of public art. I feel the artwork of sculptors should be preserved but never as monuments to evil men. They should be removed to a rogues gallery where people can admire or study the artwork and learn about the crimes of the subjects and what led to their being celebrated.
