In the quest of obama and his C*******T handlers to fundamentally t***sform America (completely destroy America) and by defending Islam not just by his latest act of having the young man known as terrorist 2 of the Boston bombing Mirandized but the countless other acts of TREASON he and his minions have committed (B******i, Fast and Furious, Fort Hood etc.) Because obama has willfully committed, condoned and endorsed these and other countless acts of TREASON, obama and his minions must be held accountable by "We the People" (both houses of Congress, the Department of Justice along with some Justices that sit on the United States Supreme Court have proven to be corrupt and complicit in these numerous vile acts against the nation and the people) who are charged with the Constitutional Duty and Requirement to have obama and his minions dealt with Constitutionally. The Constitutional remedy for the Crime of TREASON is h*****g by the neck until dead. Read the legal definition (pay close attention to the reference to United States Constitution Article III Section 3) then decide for yourself if obama and his minions have or have not committed TREASON. The legal definition of Treason is as follows;

If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

Nor do acts of Espionage committed on behalf of an ally constitute treason. For example, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were convicted of espionage, in 1951, for helping the Soviet Union steal atomic secrets from the United States during World War II. The Rosenberg's were not tried for treason because the United States and the Soviet Union were allies during World War II.
Under Article III a person can levy war against the United States without the use of arms, weapons, or military equipment. After the U.S. Civil War, for example, all Confederate soldiers were vulnerable to charges of treason, regardless of their role in the secession or i**********n of the Southern states. No treason charges were filed against these soldiers, however, because President Andrew Johnson issued a universal Amnesty.

This is one of the most beautifully written pieces of prose I've ever read. So many are asking this very thing, and so few know what we can or cannot do. It seems every legal avenue has been swatted down by government officials, the same criminals of which you speak.
I thank you for this post. I have shared it with another poster who asks essentially the same thing, but without an answer. I want him to read your answer which is the only recourse I can see. I just hope that if blood must be shed, it is shed wisely and not foolishly. IOW, I hope all involved don't go about it in a willy-nilly fashion and get themselves k**led - or worse, caught.
