I can't speak to your point that b****s can't achieve the same results as w****s. Where I live and work there are very few b****s. It's a rural area. Currently there are no b****s on the second shift. There is a black lead on the first shift. On the second shift, we have 5 w****s and 30 Hispanics. I try to lead by example. I expect them to work as hard as I do. Most of them are in their 20s or 30s and you would think that people in their prime should be able to keep up with an 'old' man (62 years old). There are several of them that are my friends. Others, I really don't know because they work elsewhere in the plant or our interests are different. One trait my friends and I have in common is none of us like slackers or those that think they are entitled to special considerations.
