Do we have r****m ? Unfortunately yes .... But do we have s******c r****m ? I personally don't think so!! More and more minorities are v**ed into high office positions .....We had first black President in US history ......A lot of Governors and Mayors are B****s . ....A lot of Congress men and women are minorities . .. So please folks , let's be honest ! ! R****m Yes!! Systemic R****m....No!!! We came a long way from 1960's!! We still have ways to go,but we have made HUUUUUUUUGE progress !!!

Let me make sure I understand your post. A white lady is saying that since she has never experienced systemic bias, it must not exist. You know, that may be the exact proof that systemic bias exists.
Might I suggest you go up to a black person and ask them if they have ever experienced bias, or r****m. Then listen very carefully. A bunch of white people sitting around a table discussing that there is no systemic bias proves there is systemic bias.
Go listen to other people outside of your own race and listen to what they have to say. That maybe outside of your comfort zone, but that is the only way you will know about it.

A person does not overcome s******c r****m. The r****m isn't their fault, it's built into the system, in all aspects of living. So you are a Russian jew who experienced some forms of r****m. THAT IS NOT S******C R****M.
We all experience some biases in life. What white people don't experience is s******c r****m. For you to draw the conclusion that there is no s******c r****m in the US is a stupid conclusion.
Like I said before, go outside your little bubble and talk to black people. If you can honestly say that you did, then you won't sound so stupid.
I think that once to talk to black people, and they tell you about the s******c r****m they live with on a daily basis, you will reach a different conclusion.

Sorry dude!! My cousin who was straight A student couldn't get into University of his choice because of his religion ! It was happening all over Soviet Union back than...You couldn't get a job you want because once people found out your religion,,you were automatically dismissed as a potential employee!!
