I have believed since he switched his v**e on Obamacare at the last minute and then lit out of town plus some of his other decisions someone has gotten to Roberts.

I’ve always figured the politicized alphabet agencies had something on Roberts used by the Obama administration.

Sometimes we get it right and sometimes we don't. Trump should revisit this issue in early 2021 and after he is re-elected and the following r**ts by Democrats who won't accept his re e******n. Then read the Supreme Courts decision and follow its recommendations.

The principal is right. They are here illegally and should not be rewarded for the illegal acts of their parents. They are also disobeying our laws since they turned 18, and knew they were brought here illegally. Their parents should never be rewarded for disobeying our laws with citizenship for their children even if they themselves aren't citizens or now are.

They should be deported as soon as we can over rule DACA, or self deport themselves and give them some sort of head of the line privilege in returning as long as they have no criminal record and weren't dependent on Federal Government money.

We can be sympathetic, but first they have to go.

I don't think the idea should be loading the court, as such. What we need is Justices who will follow the law and decide cases based on the law. This one, I believe they came close to interpreting law and not making law.

But that case about the T***s g****rs, ruled on a few days ago, sounded a hell of a lot like Democrat Judges making Law instead of interpreting law. That is just my generalized opinion not having read either ruling.

The sole purpose of the Supreme Court is to determine if a law is Constitutional or not. A******n, same-sex marriage, sodomy, all unconstitutional, and so is DACA. I sure hope Mark Taylor is right. We may need to appoint 3 more Supremes.

May not be mentioned in the Constitution but the 14 admendment was used to decide that it was a constitutional right.

Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an a******n without excessive government restriction.

Citations: 410 U.S. 113 (more)93 S. Ct. 705; 35 L. Ed. 2d 147; 1973 U.S. LEXIS 159

Subsequent: Rehearing denied, 410 U.S. 959 (1973)

The same sex marriage was proven to be a constitutional right

Hodges, 576 U.S. 644 (2015) (/ˈoʊbərɡəfɛl/ OH-bər-gə-fel), is a landmark civil rights case in which the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the fundamental right to marry is guaranteed to same-sex couples by both the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States

Sodomy was against the law I don't think it is mentioned in the Constitution.
As per Shouse Law group it is now legal between consenting adults as long as the person receiving or giving is above the age of 18.
This is what I used to look it up "sodomy as per shouse law group."

Daca was set up by executive order the Supreme Court say in their decision that the adminstration didn't give enough of a reason to decide on a different course.

Mark Taylor prophesied that Trump would nominate 5 Supreme Court Justices. He has nominated 2. He has 3 more justices to nominate. He said 3 justices would be caught up in some type of scandal and would have to step down. I do wonder if Roberts is corrupt and possibly Sotomeyor and Kaegen have something hidden in their closet. There does seem to be something rotten on the Supreme Court.
