The people have gone mad! The cause is right, but the ends do not justify the means!

Okay folks, lets look at reality here. In 1865, Lincoln abolished s***ery. Almost 100 years later a civil rights act was signed. Segregation and Affirmative action do not work. But one thing that does work is "LOVE"!

Sounds like a throw back from the 60's term doesn't it? With the Hypees and Yuppies huh? Well lets just look at the situation for what it is.

Do you think that G****e F***d would have died if one of those officers were a family member or friend of G****e F***d? More than likely he wouldn't have died, probably got slapped with a fine, but he would have walked away unharmed. Isn't that the purpose of the cause, to save lives from nonsense and death?

I posted before the ABC after school special, "the WAVE". In this movie, it showed exactly how the Germans bought into the philosophy of the N**i party. Do you remember it? Did you learn from it? If you are Democrat you haven't learned from it, for if you had, the protests of today would not happen.

So let me be clear, if you are American..., if you were born in this country, or immigrated legally to this country, you belong to the American Family. There are no exceptions. Since you belong to the American family, then you inherited the rights and privileges of an American! Period. Regardless of Race, Religion, Color, or Creed, you have these rights. The Constitution protects your rights, the Constitution declares these rights to the world, and in our 200+ years of history, our rights have become human rights that the world recognizes.

However these rights are written down on a piece of paper. This rights need to be protected by men and women with guns. And in most cases these rights need to be enforced with force. It is up to the people to enforce these rights and the rights need to be enforced on a local level, then a county and state level and finally the federal level. Can we at least agree on that?

We have entrusted the security of our rights in the police, sheriff, state police, Federal Marshals, FBI, and finally the Military. We entrusted the government to secure our rights through Law enforcement. Therefore if you want to keep your rights we need the police. But the police need us too. The police are part of us, just like we are part of the American Family.

Police have a tough job. They have the duty and responsibility to protect the accused as well as protecting the accuser. Some like Wyatt Earp, are up to the job. Others like G****e F***d's murderer is not up to the job. However, in all peoples, there are factions that prey on other factions. On October 26th, 1881, four law enforcement officers confronted four or five rival gang(they called themselves "cowboys") in a lot adjacent to the O.K. Corral. The issue was that they were carrying arms in town. This was a misdemeanor. Law enforcement went to disarm the men, and the men were not going to be disarmed, easily. Then all hell broke loose and it took a period of 26 seconds where four men were k**led. And to this day the words of Billy Clanton still echo on the streets of Tombstone, AZ, when he said, "They Murdered Me!"

As it would turn out the Clantons and the McLowerys were part of an organized crime ring. There was retaliation. Morgan Earp was shot and k**led. Warren Earp was shot and k**led. Virgil Earp lost the use of his arm. The law suffered as much as the citizens in which they protected. It was as we heard this weekend a "Lose/Lose situation". That is unacceptable to me---An American Citizen we need to win!

How can we win? What can we do? It is simple, we do what the Christians have been doing for centuries, "Love thy Neighbor". So lets set some rules.

1. If you have an opportunity to act, then you have a duty to act.

2. If you are confronted by the police, be respectful of the office and job he has, but question him on the accusation should he be accusing you. Do not be afraid of the police, all they can do is accuse you. And yes they do have the power to detain you, but you can only be detained for 24 hours without a charge. If he charges you, then you have the rights guaranteed to you by the Constitution. The reason why there is a strong rule protecting the accused is because of mob rule. Say, the people of Minnesota got a hold of G****e F***d's murderer, what do you think they would do? They would string him up, that's what they would do. However that is not the answer. The Police are not the Judge, Jury, and Executioner, they are the accuser. Therefore, they must by their duty uphold the law.

3. If you are a police officer, the suspect you are questioning could be innocent. You have to by the high standard that we the people uphold you to, demands that you be thorough with your investigation. If you choose to arrest the suspect, you must declare the accusation you are detaining the suspect on.

4. Police officers are not military members, therefore, before running in like Rambo, size up the situation. Remember the accused is part of your family, just as the victims. Yes you feel empathy and sympathy for the victim, but that same empathy and sympathy must also be applied to the accused.

5. Follow the rule, "Love Thy Neighbor". If your neighbor was your mother or father, your brother or sister, your son or daughter, how would you solve these problems? How would you handle your own, apply that principle when it comes to those you do not know. Treat everyone as you would want to be treated. That is the cure to help the healing process.

6. No Civil Rights movement ever got off the ground without a minister leading the charge. What does Christ say about these events? How would Christ judge? The police brutality is founded not in r****m, because black people and white people in America believe in the same GOD! We all believe in Jesus Christ. I do not care if you are Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, Episcopalian, or Mormon, you believe in Jesus Christ. And Jesus would attempt to save not only G****e F***d but also the officer that k**led him. But since the decision of their fate is in their hands, Jesus would Judge appropriately. For Jesus is the final Judge! And Jesus would not stand for the murder, nor does He approve of the backlash. The answer is in Christ. Since Christ unites America, I believe, that the answer is in Christ. We must teach our children, the t***h of Jesus Christ. Through Christianity, R****m will die. Don't believe me? Ask the Romans and the Jews. Oh yeah, the Jews were forgiven and the Romans were t***sformed.

7. God said to Moses, "...to sum up these commandments, Love God with all your heart, and love your neighbor as yourself.". The Son of God declared the same. So it does not matter whether or not you are a citizen or a police officer if you do not follow this Golden Rule you have no business being a police officer, nor do you have any business being a citizen. But due to the fact, that there is freedom of religion, you must first embrace the fact that you must "Love Thy Neighbor". If we as a society cannot "Love our Neighbor" then we as a society should not survive. Love thy Neighbor.

Seven rules to start with. If we as a society can follow these simple rules, then we as a society can build a future greater than we had, greater than our parents had, greater than that of the Greatest Generation.

The bottom line is simple, those who "Love thy Neighbor" are not r****t. But those who stand against "Love thy Neighbor" will stand against this statement. Let's face it, the Democrat party of John and Robert Kennedy is dead. The party of Dr. Martin Luther King have once again ens***ed Black America forcing them to believe that they are their saviors. They are not. They are taking your dead, and exploiting them to bring up a dead argument that has been dead years ago.

To my black friends, I say this: I admire your courage in standing up against the evils that were created by the s***e masters. However, call it for what it is, it is not r****m. It is pure wickedness. I heard the attorneys for the man that was k**led this past weekend speak, and he said, "I'm Tired". And with true cause, I agree with him, I am tired too.

All the bullets in the world will never bring the innocent who have died because of this wickedness back, but we can through dialogue and debate, bring them back, by making peace between the police and the citizen. We are part of the same family and that family is the American family. Let's face it, in our family, we fight like cats and dogs, but if that fight and struggle is to be successful, we must save each others lives.

That's it! Until the Democrats can wake up and "Love thy Neighbor", I fear that peace shall never return to America. The hearts and minds of the Democrats have to change and be applied to "Love Thy Neighbor".

As far as Donald Trump, are you guys blind, as soon as the Democrats learn the lesson of "Love thy Neighbor", Donald Trump will no longer attack them. As far as the Media, they are the first to learn the power of forgiveness and "Love thy Neighbor". But since the Democrats and the Media refuse and turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to reason, they must be chastised.

Since I am holding the police responsible to the golden rule, then the media too must be held to the same rule. The people them too must be held to the same rule. Which also means that every elected official should be held to this rule.

Matter of fact, I think this may be pushing it, but the Golden Rule is so important, that it should be added to the Constitution as an Amendment. For if freedom is going to break the chains of R****m once and for all, "Love Thy Neighbor" must be installed, in the manner in which we hold everyone to the rule.

We in America, would have no need for police if we could police ourselves. The fact is we can't because we are human not divine. But I think it is time, that the people stand up for one simple principle, "Love Thy Neighbor". I join the family of G****e F***d and the family of the police chief who lost his life defending a pawn shop in St. Louis. for one reason----"Love thy Neighbor."

Do you people really want to end r****m once and for all? Then get rid of these terms: Chinese American, Spanish American, Hispanic American, Indian American, B***k A******n, African American, w***e A******n. Make it one! Make it only American. You want to revolutionize the world, then say, "American". For an American is the entire world, living by the principle, "Love Thy Neighbor"

God Bless, and have a good night.

Okay folks, lets look at reality here. In 1865, Li... (show quote)

I believe G****e F***d would have died even if he was a relative (to include the father of one of those officers). Look at his autopsy report

Autopsy findings.
A. Arteriosclerotic heart disease, multifocal, severe
B. Hypertensive heart disease 1. Cardiomegaly (540 g) with mild biventricular dilatation 2. Clinical history of hypertension C

Toxicology (see attached report for full details; testing performed on antemortem blood specimens collected 5/25/20 at 9:00 p.m. at HHC and on postmortem urine)

A. Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens: 1. F******l 11 ng/mL 2. Norf******l 5.6 ng/mL 3. 4-ANPP 0.65 ng/mL 4. Methamphetamine 19 ng/mL 5. 11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 ng/mL; Delta-9 Carboxy THC 42 ng/mL; Delta-9 THC 2.9 ng/mL 6. Cotinine positive

NECK: Layer by layer dissection of the anterior strap muscles of the neck discloses no areas of contusion or hemorrhage within the musculature. The thyroid cartilage and hyoid bone are intact. The larynx is lined by intact mucosa. The thyroid is symmetric and red-brown, without cystic or nodular change. The tongue is free of bite marks, hemorrhage, or other injuries. The cervical spinal column is palpably stable and free of hemorrhage.

CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM: The 540 g heart (upper limit of normal for body length is 510 g; upper limit of normal for body weight is 521 g)1 is contained in an intact pericardial sac. The epicardial surface is smooth, with modest fat investment. The c****ary arteries are present in a normal distribution, with a right dominant pattern. Cross sections of the vessels show multifocal atherosclerosis, with 75% proximal and 75% mid narrowing of the left anterior descending c****ary artery; 75% proximal narrowing of the 1st diagonal branch of the left anterior descending c****ary artery; 25% proximal narrowing of the circumflex c****ary artery; and 90% proximal narrowing of the right c****ary artery. The myocardium is homogeneous, redbrown, and firm. The valve leaflets are thin and mobile. The walls of the left and right ventricles are 1.2 and 0.4 cm thick, respectively. The endocardium is smooth and glistening. Both ventricular cavities are mildly dilated. The minimally atherosclerotic aorta gives rise to three intact and patent arch vessels. The renal and mesenteric vessels are unremarkable.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
Incision and subcutaneous dissection of the anterior and lateral aspects of the wrists demonstrates no foci of contusion or hemorrhage deep to the skin on the right. In the left wrist, there is multifocal fascial hemorrhage, with approximately 3 mL liquid blood accumulation, in the tissue surrounding the flexor tendons. The exposed wrist musculature itself appears free of injury.

An incision from the back of the head to the lower back, extending onto both buttocks, is dissected subcutaneously to the lateral aspects of the neck, the shoulders, and flanks. No areas of subcutaneous hemorrhage, soft tissue contusion, or other occult injury are found in the posterior neck, right and left lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, or buttocks. https://www.hennepin.us/-/media/hennepinus/residents/public-safety/documents/Autopsy_2020-3700_Floyd.pdf

The hold was both legal and taught to officers

Bottom line, had Floyd been healthy, the neck restrain would not have k**led him. If he had not been on drugs, he would have followed his training (I consider a history of being arrested as training) 1. listen to directions 2. get in the squad car when told 3. shut up.

All the love in the world would not have unclogged his arteries or remove the drugs from his system.

I do not know how accurate this report is so I will take it at face value.

We all saw the video. We saw that one officer was talking with George, and then he was led into a car. Then we see George on the ground. The question I have had from the git go, is why was the suspect, who was secure in the police car, taken out of the police car and put on the ground.

Now based upon the medical report shown above, if I were to take it at face value, why did the cops have to escalate the medical condition of the suspect? Why slam him on the ground since he was already taken into custody. Once the suspect is in the car, its over. He should have been taken to the station and booked or released. Why was he placed on the ground? anyone?

or and is this an act of "Love thy neighbor"?

I gave a link to the official report. Floyd was fighting with the police, passenger side, moved himself to the driver's side and fell out of the squad car. Read the complaint.

Cops are not doctors! To diagnose his medical condition, they would need an array of equipment plus blood samples. Do you expect a cop to just have that in his trunk? We barely pay them a living wage, and you want them to be diagnosticians? Then cough up about $90,000 a year per officer entry level pay, give them a mobile lab at about $300,000 each. We already demand they be social workers and psychologist!

They did not "slam" him to the ground, that is where Floyd landed when he tried to escape. Read the complaint against the officers, the witnesses reports.

I have a great deal of love, but I draw the line at embracing a rapist who would point a loaded gun at the belly of a pregnant woman. She was 8 1/2 months pregnant and he threatened her and the baby. Your message should be directed at the mods who are beating, k*****g, burning, and l**ting. Tell them to love their neighbors and stop the violence!

My message is directed to all. "Love thy neighbor" the principle still stands. Has the investigation on the murder of Floyd ended? The testimony of the defense and the prosecution must be heard. Both sides, any other judgement would be foolish.

You say there was a scuffle in the cop car. You say the report says that Floyd was resisting arrest and that is how he ended up on the ground. Well according to what was witnessed on national TV, could it be reasonable to say that the dirty cop was shooting him up with the drugs? Do we know if that occurred? We know he was a dirty cop because as a 19 year veteran, he knew that after 8 minutes the suspect would be dead. What do we know? not much of anything. As far as the rape, did he or did he not pay the penalty for that rape/assault? Did he serve his time? and if he served his time, does that mean he must still be punished for that crime he already paid for?

Remember, Love thy Neighbor. Look at it this way, how would you handle the situation, and be honest, if G****e F***d was your brother, sister, son, daughter, mother, father? How would you react to the news? Put yourself in his place, because I h**e to face this reality, but it is so real and true, the dirty cop could have done anything to Floyd, he k**led him and we all witnessed that.

I support the police, I always have. But when the police become criminalized, I can no longer support the cop that became dirty. I say to friends and family members, never take a plea deal, force the police to prove you are guilty. Just because you were accused(arrested) of a crime does not mean you are guilty. The police do not make that decision the jury and judge do. But by taking the plea you sign away your rights for life. The police must prove their case, just like the defense must prove their case.

Now you brought up the fact that he had drugs in his system. How did the drugs get there? According to his family he was an athlete. Some athletes do drugs, but when they do they cant play the game they like to play. Therefore, the question remains. Now lets take it a bit further, what was the motive of the act we all saw on TV. He was on the ground, why? You said there was a struggle in the back of the car. Why? What caused the struggle? Did the struggle occur because he was shot up with something? And the murdering police officer stayed on his neck for the drug to take effect? Do we know if any of this occurred?

Or is it the fact that all we know is that a police officer had his knee on a suspect for over 8 minutes in a choke hold situation. And that the suspect had drugs in his system. Is that all we know? And that the suspect had a past record for a crime that the officers that k**led him were not detaining him for. So to sum up, we really don't have anything but a video of a man being k**led. That is all we have.

Love is patient and kind, this jumping to conclusions is not patient nor kind. But what is patient and kind, is waiting for the evidence of what had happened to come out in a court of law. The lawyers must now do their jobs. As well as the investigating officers. We must watch and see.

You know, I'm glad God is not like the United States. Because if He were, then there would be no forgiveness. By what you just posted, he had a rap sheet. Do you realize that that rap sheet is technically against the law because he paid for those sins. If the punishment for sin is death, and you are judged again after death for the same sins, then there is no justice.

The man paid for the crime he committed. That information should be suppressed for it has no bearing on the case. The question is if drugs were found in his system, how did they get there? I'm betting it was from one of the cops, and George reacted to the needle. That's speculation, but lets face it, there were dirty cops at the scene. Four of them, and when the suspect says, "I can't breath" no one acts. That sounds suspicious to me.

I believe G****e F***d would have died even if he ... (show quote)

I read the report. Do you also have a link to the independent autopsy report? The report you posted denies any injury to the neck, (convient) but we know there was injury to the neck area, put the weight of an officer on the neck of a suspect where the entire weight of the officer applies pressure to the neck for almost 9 minutes and the coroner claimed no injury to the neck region? Naw, I'll read the independent report because there seems to be an inconsistency, with the injuries. It was reported on Fox news as well as other networks that the independent autopsy differs from the one you posted. I question also the toxicology report because the levels listed are far below that of an avid drug user on meth, fentenal or marajuna. Yes, there is thx levels consistent with second hand injection, rather than that of first hand injection of a joint. The levels are consistent with the notion that at one time the patient may have tried the drug but was not an avid user. This is why in an earlier post I pointed to the officers setting the guy up. The levels were too low to determine that he was a user or not. And according to the report, if the patient had underlying medical issues and was being treated one would have to agree that the medicine for treatment and dosage is consistent with what was found in the toxicology report.

In short the plausible conclusion would be, due to the medication for the above condition may have the compound results as shown. Make sense and it would stand to reason that he may have had medical treatment in his system and not necessarily an illicit drug.

Well that link is a small part of the evidence required by law. There is so much more.
