I have friends in Seattle- From them I find that Cap hill is a Gay and Artisan enclave and they welcomed the "occupation" No buildings are being l**ted or burned-trash is not piling up. Food and Med stations are set up and the police are answering 911 calls. Hopefully this will all be resolved soon . I am just passing the information I have from people who live there.
