Atop tall structures there is a red blinking light that serves as an 'aircraft warning light' and is so named. like most lights, there is a light bulb. Bulbs have a tendency to fail over time and need to be replaced. This is a vid of such an event. It was the basis of the story about the housewife who felt bummed because of her daily activities which seem so large compared to 'changing' a light bulb.
