This appears to be a catch 22 game, if the Malia moves in then the fighting began and Marshall law is called into play and if the in flux of aliens continues then the economy collapse and Marshall law is called into play. Either way we would be under total government control so to me one would have to ask ones self, of the two options which would be the best for the country and we all know that if the economy collapse's then basic supplies would be gone so what option is left if push comes to shove. Just a thought I wanted to throw out there.
