That alone makes the whole country a Potential PEACEFUL Protest area, designated by the First Amendment.
How do you protect the peaceful protestors, police officers, businesses when the peaceful protects turns violent. Wouldn’t you have to establish rules, particularly in high density areas like New York to preclude this from happening? You’re not denying the peaceful protest just restricting where the protests can take place to protect those from infiltration.
