You are such a Constitutional Authority, I'll bet you think that what McConnell did was illegal, or had never, ever been done by Democraps. You are wrong on both counts. In the early seventies was the longest time we ever did without a Justice on the Court in it's present configuration because the Democrat controlled Senate repeatedly refused to consider any nominees. Pure politics. How did they do this? Because the Constitution, (you should read it sometime, it was designed to be understood by a person of average intelligence in the 1790s) says that the Senate has the final say. They can confirm or deny or refuse to consider.
Typical virtue signalling Liberal hypocrite. It's all moral and ethical as long as you are the ones doing it to someone else.

Hey pretty Lady. Love Mr. Buzzk**ls knowledge of the Constitution and significant factoids about our government.

Guess he doesn’t understand lame duck appointments in e******n years.. As if blocking Garland wasn’t the first time such had happened ...
Also, I’m still not at all convinced Scalia’s death was accidental shall we say in an e******n year with the Dems need to have a better opportunity with the Supreme Court of the United States than it had in the past. Not necessarily because of the appointments but because they were not cases that should’ve gone to the supreme court to begin with.
Confirmation of Garland would have given Democratic appointees a majority on the Supreme Court for the first time since the 1970 confirmation of Harry Blackmun...After the death of Scalia, Republican Senate leaders said they would not v**e, period. .

Trump said he’d overrule the governors. Will His Fraudulency try to overrule the SCOTUS?

You must be referring to this???
At Trump's briefing Friday, a reporter asked the president about a report that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, is considering reopening schools in May. Schools in the state have closed their doors after DeSantis' administration recommended that they shut down through May 1. But as the the Tampa Bay Times reported on Thursday, DeSantis seems open to the possibility that students may yet return to schools. "If it's safe, we want kids to be in school," DeSantis told the paper. "... Even if it's for a couple of weeks, we think there would be value in that."
In response, Trump first said he had "a lot of faith" in DeSantis to make the right decision. He made it clear that he would prefer not to override a governor's decision to reopen schools due to constitutional considerations, saying, "I like to allow governors to make decisions without overruling them." However, he added, "If I disagreed, I would overrule a governor. And I have that right to do it." (Trump has been a vocal supporter of DeSantis, dating back to his 2018 gubernatorial campaign.)
Trump does not have that right in the normal course of duties. However, the question remains open relative to powers during a p******c declaration and or martial law for that fact. Bit more ambiguous in such a declaration.

Perfect, I am grateful for Justice Neil Gorsuch. We also need another one like him. When Justice Ginsburg retires we can have one more. That is why we need so seriously put president Trump again at the WH. This saves us from the radical takeover of the godless radical socialist democrats.
Our nation was born under the Judeo-Christian principles. The Constitution.
During Obama's time, Islam was a required subject at all the K12 schools. Parents were surprised their kids were taught Islam in their schools. While the public schools prohibited kids from praying the "Our Father "or carrying any symbol or books of the Christian faith. That was during Barack's time. Now, it is Donald Trump's time. Make America Great Again, Mr. president did it.

I agree with everything you've posted. I now have 2 concerns:
1 Can we have an HONEST and F**R e******n?
2 If the lying crooked Democrats can't win any other way they may attempt an assassination, I hope not.

Just where do you dig up these ridiculous lies you keep posting?
I was a teacher through the Clinton, Bush, and Obama admins and I’ve never heard anything so stupid.

Sorry. Wasn’t aware he had daid anything about over riding the SCOTUS.~~
So it is written, so it must be, he cannot supersede the Supreme Court of the United States. Although I have to say I don’t disagree with him regarding churches. If we can open up most everything else utilizing social distancing and masks etc. I don’t see why church services cannot be conducted...
If it is fear of the elderly getting sick then that should be their choice not governments. Right or wrong stupid or smart it’s their choice.
It has just never sat right with me, peewee. The whole thing just seems suspicious.
