Thank you very much oh wise one. Full disclosure, that was my conclusions on another thread. Love it when I’m correct.

Ohhh you brat!!! Lolol.... You’re not typically wrong about anything, Mister~~Still glad I could unknowingly confirm your position.. Great minds and all that or we’re hangin tight in educating each other... Lolol..All good....

Did you hear the cop holding the victim down had 18 previous complaints?? They didn’t say of what, but that sheds more light on the facts... Like, what other charges?? when, time line them? What did the Police Dept do to identify this guys character, bias’ etc, if anything?? Anger management??

The fact they knew he was a problem cop and given the nature of this horrific situation it may well be enough to pearce the sovereign immunity statute that is typically $250/300,000 limitation, statutorily, against state and or federal authority, unless there is egregious disregard by the Dept. When that occurs, the sky is the limit baby... And one of the reasons they are “ doing their investigation”..They are trying to keep this case within the statutory regulatory limitation..In this case, “ they won’t be able to claim they didn’t know they had a problem cop on hand...Too many complaints that should have, given the merit of number of complaints alone suggested this guy was a problem... Emphases added, dependent on the nature of those complaints... In other words millions of dollars could be a settlement or trial award!!! Watch for it.

Have you noticed the smug grin on the cops face as he slowly k**ls this poor guy? This cop needs drawn and quartered.

Can You just imagine having a jury see that smug repulsive smile on his face? Another reason this case will never go to trial.

Exactly why I always defer to you on this site when issues of the law are involved. Do you still practice?

Cops like him deserve extreme punishment.
My son took his friend on a ride a long.
It wound up being a foot chase.
He told his friend if I get one, can you get the other one.
He came back with his and his friend was straddling his capture and was punching him.
My son told him, no, no, we don't do that.
I think there are more good cops than bad ones and the bad ones seem to work in big cities.
The town I grew up in had a cop that liked to get teenagers and over all the years I've been here, we've only had two jerks in this town.
One went after teens and the other went after women.
He'd tell them sleep with me and I won't ticket you.
One women told him, no, you go ahead and give me the ticket.
He screwed up. Her husband was chief of police in a nearby town.
That cop took a butt kicking after she told her husband.
I don't know what the other women did.

Amazes me when people are shocked when they find malcontents in any large group such as the police or armed services. Of course the percentage is small but it is a fact of life. Even more surprising is when you find an actual politician with a good heart.

Yes and way too much lately..

Spent most of my time helping clients of small businesses secure the much needed PPP loans, a savings grace to many..
With the recent bipartisan House approval of modified changes, 24 weeks to use the funds instead of the 8 weeks, and a 60/40 split on wages to business expenses instead of the previous 75/25 split it will be much better for them to qualify for the forgiveness loan now..

This is supposedly the final revision rules as they have modified it almost weekly making some employers Leary... Now they have true guidelines that really do protect the small businesses needs.... Of course Senate has to pass it but am confident it will go through since it was bipartisan with only one no v**e.. That itself a miracle, but it is e******n year and small businesses are the backbone of our Nation!

Yes, just like every time I've been in the hospital there's a nurse that shouldn't be there.

Lindajoy,

this an unconscionable act of police sadism and its repercussions will not be known for some time yet.

It will probably used by the known actors to indict every single police officer in the country of a r****m, never mind their race, and this is very dangerous attitude with anarchists waiting in the wings.

Yep. I have no problem with v******tions, even though I don't get a flu shot. Couple years ago I had both strains; A & B. Haven't had it since. The conspiracy crap about tracing I would never allow but I don't believe that's a serious concern,,,,,,,,yet.

I guess you know nobody who has had "side effects" from v******tions?

I am very much against giving the "Police State" more power over my life
like most people did after 9/11 and again when the W***n Flu Panic started.

I agree with you. I believe it should be your choice to be v******ted or not. I do not know anyone who has adverse effects from being v******ted but the law of numbers says some have.
