Sounds delicious and what do you cook to go with that steak? My late wife and I loved baked potatoes and acorn squash with butter and brown sugar in it. Or a salad and baked potato with butter and sour cream. That seemed to make any steak taste better. I always grilled the steaks outside on the grill though only cooked them in the pan when it was below zero outside.
