All v***r f***d should be investigated.
Stringent guidelines in place for v****g; valid photo ID required.
Why would anyone possibly be opposed to these things?

How does one present an id when v****g absentee? Signatures are much harder to f**e than an ID card. With v**e by mail signatures on the original v**ers registration are matched with the signature on both the application and security envelope the b****ts are returned in. More eligible people v**e without wasting hours in line and fraud becomes all but nonexistent.

Quite simple. When a person knows they will be absent for a v**e, they simply go to the county clerk, present picture ID and obtain the b****t. Military; any commissioned officer, IIRC, is considered to be a notary public and can verify identity.
And it can be completely eliminated with presentation of a valid photo ID.
