After reading many many articles and watching quite a few videos it is my position that the progressive Democrat politicians are using all of this BS to interfere with the 2020 se******n. Ask yourselves why are the majority of democratically controlled states issuing the most nonsensical executive orders in order to keep there states from reopening? Yeah! Let's keep planned parenthood Well, those Democrat Governors and other public officials think we are to damn stupid to decide for ourselves which risks we are willing to take. I'm like who the hell do these tyrants think they are TYRANTS!!!!! Of course they are. Keeping big box stores open to the public where thousands of people are shopping there but the small business's can't be open to the public? WTF over!!!!? As Im sure we all know that President Trump just came out and stated that churches are considered ESSENTIAL right. Well I would ask President Trump to come out within the next few days and state that ALL SMALL BUSINESS'S BE CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL therefore bypassing those progressive state government officials stupidity!!!!! By the way President Trump or for that matter any president DOES HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BY PASS individual state officials actions when it comes to the United States of America. Look it up if your not to lazy. I had PMed what I consider an OPP friend on this matter. I had suggested that President Trump using his authority if necessary to establish Martial Law for those state Governors that are abusing their authority in keeping their states closed in order to REOPEN THOSE STATES. Now wouldn't that be a a change in what martial law is normally used for.

He wouldn't have to go to martial law as you said or as barry told the judicial branch in Arizona "I trump you." no pun he really said that. So if he wereto declare martial law but with the paradigm you offered sure it would be a change. Normally martial law means curfews, stores open and close at certain times, houses can be invaded. This is none of that. Simply open the states. I think it would work.
