Can anyone name a treaty the Russians didn't violate? They even c***t on the size of nets used to fish in international waters. WHY would anyone think or dream they'd adhere to the OST?

Don't know, but it was approved long before Trump took office.

I 'm aware of that, but the fact remains they've been caught numerous times using nets that are too small.
