Return to work with dignity, honor and decency. Or with Partisan bitterness, selfish and self-centeredness: the Right chooses the latter.

Sorry. I do not understand the madness that rebels against simple precautions that help to stop the spread of C****-** to yourself, your family, and community. What on this earth could be the rationale? Wash your hands frequently, wear a mask, and keep social distancing: what is so onerous about these suggestions that you rebel so vigorously threatening and k*****g people? It seems anti-social behavior of the worse order. "You can't tell me to care about my fellow Americans! Screw 'em!" What? Again, freaking crazy not to follow these simple suggestions. What do you have to lose? What is the problem?

None of those stop you from re-opening but help in making it a better t***sition. Not following them lays the groundwork for an even worse Second Wave or just the continuous of the First. To rebel is down the Rabbit Hole bloody insanity pure and simple, what the GOP seems to be embracing as the New Reality. It makes zero sense to rebel, absolute zero. Children objecting to Bedtime.

Rumitoid, you have the dumbest assumptions how these lock down will affect people.
Here are the effects of lock down.
1. People go starving, no food for them and their children, no money to buy food and basic needs.
2. Many people could die from various diseases, like heart attacks, cancer, and all kinds of illness that need urgent care.
3. Many people will commit suicide due to stress or desperation with no money to buy food.
4. Many people will commit crime in order to steal from others to satisfy their needs.
More tragic deaths come as a result of this democrat stupid lock down.
5. Nancy Pelosi's refrigerator is full, she does not care about the poor.
6. Most of the small businesses will not be able to survive due to prolonged lock down.
7. People are now frustrated waiting to do their jobs, but not allowed. Revolution follows.
Bottom line is democrats are dummies.

Sorry. I do not understand the madness that rebels... (show quote)

>>>Radiance did such a good job of replying, but I feel you deserve another shot and you are so easy to disagree with. It is like you are a paid correspondent of Soros or something with some of your posts.

***Sorry. I do not understand the madness that rebels against simple precautions that help to stop the spread of C****-** to yourself, your family, and community.
>>>I don't understand what causes people to cave into outrageous demands of politicians who don't obey the same precautions that demand of us. We should all quit driving and take to bicycles, or walking. Cars are dangerous. So was smoking. Proven death sentence and they let smokers go on without a slightest bit of concern for second hand smoke. They knew when I was a kid that cigarettes were dangerous. Coffin nails, K**led my mother, probably my father. But there were no protections for us. Suck it up. Dirty clothes, hair. If you kissed a girl she tasted like a dirty ash tray. And it was a slow sure death sentence, shortening everyone's lives. But I am supposed to wear a mask and social distance even if I am clean, around other people that are clean to protect others who aren't even there. And if you do get it and under 65, you have a very good chance of never knowing it. It just simply doesn't k**l that easily. It doesn't even make everyone sick. Most people that do die, die from other complications that weaken them enough that C***d might k**l them. And then maybe not. Meanwhile other sicknesses and diseases are all on the back burner and some hospitals are going out of business or laying off staff. Maybe we are all smart enough to realize that this is more a mild thing then the massive k**ler it was initially panned as. And while we are all huddled behind masks, the disease still passes around, no matter what precautions are used, short of 100% isolation. Sorry, but the so called cure is worse then the disease.

***What on this earth could be the rationale?
>>>Freedom to evaluate for our selfs the dangers and are willingness to take our chances.

***Wash your hands frequently,
>>> What is the rational for washing hands. If you don't touch anything especially your mouth or nose or eyes, there is no rational. Generalization.

***wear a mask, and keep social distancing:
>>>That is fine if the establishment demands it. It is their business. Walking around, not necessary. If I see someone coming along without a mask I hold my breath until they are passed and I'm good. Probably better then with a porous mask and they all are.

***what is so onerous about these suggestions that you rebel so vigorously threatening and k*****g people?
>>>A total exaggeration, but one expected from you. There is no threat and so little possibility that even if I had C***d **, the odds of k*****g someone I passed is so damn little as to not be worth talking about.

***It seems anti-social behavior of the worse order.
>>>Actually, spreading this fear and panic over and above the real threat is anti-social behavior of the worse order. Humans are social animals and isolation or keeping people from interacting naturally is dangerous to the physical health and mental health. And the cases are mounting under this unneeded lockdown.

*** "You can't tell me to care about my fellow Americans!
>>>I'm not sure I'm very found of your fellow Americans, but a sure do like my fellow Americans and want to spend unrestricted time with them, within the bounds of what we feel is safe, not some damn politician who doesn't obey their own rules.

***Screw 'em!" What? Again, freaking crazy not to follow these simple suggestions. What do you have to lose? What is the problem?
>>>They aren't suggestions,. They are commands. Like a puppeteer does to his puppet. We lose freedom, health, sanity, wealth, possessions. That is the problem? You can be Mr. Bluster all you want to be.

***None of those stop you from re-opening but help in making it a better t***sition. Not following them lays the groundwork for an even worse Second Wave or just the continuous of the First.
>>>Not following them allows for the herd immunity that has been slowed down to develop and start beating the disease the natural way. It would/should also lessen a future wave of new cases in any great wave, but level it off to natural movement.

***To rebel is down the Rabbit Hole bloody insanity pure and simple, what the GOP seems to be embracing as the New Reality. It makes zero sense to rebel, absolute zero. Children objecting to Bedtime.
>>>It isn't about the GOP or the Democrats. There are sheep on both sides of the spectrum. You represent your self as a sheep. We aren't and demand the right to live free. We're Americans and those are the types I support.

Let me try to explain freedom and socialization to you in a different way. You still won't understand, but I'll try. Man is a social animal. I have a flock of Parakeets. The are very social animals. Raised alone as a young bird, with a family of humans and they grow up thinking they are a part of the family. Raised in a flock like I keep mine, and isolation can be very very bad. Almost k**l them. I had to isolate one for a few days because he was the dominant bird and getting into fights with another male to the point where there might have been a real blood letting fight. So I isolated him for a few days. He wasn't looking happy and pacing on a perch. Moved him to another room for two days so he wouldn't hear the other birds chirping and he quit eating. I put him back and I could see he lost weight in that short time. He lost his dominance and even young smaller hens pushed him around. He is fine now and there are no fights beyond the normal quibbling over food.
What is the point? Isolation totally demoralized him and he even lost the will to eat, in just about five days. Always a pack bird, he is recovering fine, and in the future I will let him breed again. But again, the point. We are like those birds. We love out freedom and make our own decisions on how to protect ourselves. Putting us on lock down is a******l, like jail almost, and strips many of us the will that makes is free men and true Americans. Take your rules and shove them. Make suggestions and we will often go along, but if we don't, avoid us if you want, I would probably avoid you socially if we ever met. I've seen your values. Ours are freedom.
Hope that helps, but I doubt it. Live free or die. If you give up a little freedom for safety, you deserve neither.
