Another one of those great jobs, that only immigrants and mental defectives are qualified for, guess that's why it's in Texas-no respect for human life or animal life: Buy More Guns!

A Tyson Foods employee at the company's meat processing plant in Amarillo, Texas suffered a work-related injury, contracted C****-**, and died.

A lawsuit filed in the Amarillo Division of the Northern District of Texas, alleges Pwar Gay worked as a meat cutter at the Tyson meatpacking plant in Amarillo, Texas.

According to the lawsuit, Gay tripped and fell and injured her knee in a job-related incident. Following the injury, Tyson sent Gay to its company clinic, where she received first aid treatment and was sent back to work. Gay was not permitted to go home to rest or seek medical attention due to Tyson's shortage in staff, according to the legal documents.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Gay's surviving husband and four children, alleges C****-** infected numerous workers at the company's Amarillo facility where Gay worked, and that she was not provided appropriate personal protective equipment to protect her from c****av***s.

After working with her knee injury, Gay fell ill and experienced difficulty breathing, and was admitted to the hospital. She tested positive for C****-** and died on May 8, 2020.

Her family alleges at least 4,500 Tyson employees have contracted c****av***s, and at least 18 have died.

The suit further alleges Tyson does not buy workers compensation insurance for its employees, choosing instead to provide workers with a "r****d" injury settlement program.

The family is represented by the VB Attorneys law firm based in Houston, Texas.

Vuk S. Vujasinovic, a founding partner of VB Attorneys, said, "We look forward to fighting hard for Mrs. Gay's family in this case, and to set a precedent that our community will not tolerate companies that prioritize profits over the safety of hard-working employees. Mrs. Gay put in eight tough years with Tyson, and she and her family deserved much better than this."

Amen. Texans like all southerners (sorry, I think of Texas that way) have more open hearts than the East and West Coastians.

We are known for our hospitality ma'am.

But we're being invaded from all directions so it puts a strain on our patience.

And honestly, the i*****l a***ns are more respectful than the jerks who move here from California and New York.

There is a reason for this; Liberals, from wh**ever geographical location, have trouble doing two things at once. They can't have an open heart when they're busy with an empty head.

Here you go again with the lies. 4500 cases at one plant? Sorry, but I live outside of, and work in Amarillo. I know exactly where that plant is, and the type of people who work there. You did a pretty good job of describing them.

Speaking of whether you actually know something you are talking about, did you miss the part where Tyson has a "special" agreement where they provide a system of settlements for injury? No doubt that never works well for injured workers. Texas would of course be one of the few states where companies can get away with not paying into workers comp.

I stand corrected on that part, but can you explain to me how this person is going to PROVE where the v***s was contracted?

And, unlike you with your protected life, I see where these people live. They live with their own kind, associate with their own kind. Several people to one small house. They have little specialty stores on the East side of town to serve their different ethnicity.

They don't assimilate, or embrace American culture.

They stay in their little sub groups, and live almost like they did in the countries they came from. Only with benefits here.

Once again Mr. Expert.

How is it going to be PROVEN that this person caught the v***s at the plant?

Didn't the Clintons have something to do with bailing them out from polluting a river in Arkansas way back when?
