Harvard Law School emeritus professor Alan Dershowitz claimed in an interview that the government has a constitutional right under the 10th Amendment to forcibly v******te a citizen to curb the spread of a contagious disease.
"Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be v******ted, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business," he said.
The interviewer, Jason Goodman, interjected, asking if the famed constitutional scholar was saying that if the government decides "you have to be v******ted, we have to be v******ted."
"Absolutely," Dershowitz replied. "And if you refuse to be v******ted, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor's office and plunge a needle into your arm."

That maybe so if it is a real crisis and not a manufacture one like C****-** which is a regular flu and also k**ls less than regular flu. I never have flu shot in my entire life and I never get flu ever. The best I got was a cold in a beverage of 5 to 6 years to get one. And I am unbelievably healthy.

The Preamble to the Constitution clears says that one to the purposes of this constitution is to" promote the public welfare. " To me, that means that in this p******c which has so far k**led over ninety thousand Americans in just a few months, the first thing we should do is everything we need to. Masks, stay at home as much as possible, social distancing, closing down " hot spots" until they can demonstrate a declining infection rate anomong employees and customers.

I v******ted a couple of times only because I had very sick family and I did not want to carry anything... I was so sick from the Vac I thought I was dying. I did not do it before and since.

Dershowitz is a Dem and Dems always side with Dems, in the end. What he's really doing is providing shade for Bibi who has said he wants to start with a tracking v*****e for Israeli children. Pompeo made a special trip to inform him of how the cow eats the cabbage, and clue him in on a few other options he has if he wants to play footsies with China and eugenist and depopulation specialist Bill Gates and the WHO. I hope he listened and heeded the warnings. Israel's largest trading partner next to the US is China. Israel is going to take a hit one way or another. Time to decide between loyal friends or money.

This would bring out a law suit that would go to the Supreme Court where they will decide if the disease constitutes a national threat since it has such a low k**l rate. They will decide against the v*****e.

Yes indeed, you have a clue why the military has lost respect, but not so much being used as guinea pigs. Too many chinks (spies) and liberals.
