Republicans Just Stopped Democrats From Stealing 2020 E******n

Associated Press Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL), ranking member of the Committee on House Administration, introduced a bill last week to ban the practice of “b****t harvesting,” which allows anyone to deliver unlimited numbers of mail-in b****ts on others’ behalf.
The practice, legalized by Democrats in California in 2016, is banned in most of the rest of the country, except for immediate family members. It is also unknown in the rest of the world, because of its high susceptibility to fraud.
In 2018, California Democrats used “b****t harvesting” as part of a successful effort to flip seven Republican-held seats. Hundreds of thousands of b****ts were dropped off by Democratic Party operatives. Republicans have been unable to do the same because Republican v**ers apparently do not part with their b****ts as easily as Democrats.
The new bill, called the “E******n F***d Prevention Act,” argues:
(4) the practice of b****t harvesting in California creates significant vulnerabilities in the chain-of-custody of b****ts because individuals collecting b****ts are not required to be registered v**ers and are not required to identify themselves at a v**er’s home, and the State does not track how many b****ts are harvested in an e******n;
(5) in North Carolina, a congressional e******n was invalidated due to fraud associated with b****t harvesting committed by a political operative, and it is unlikely such activity would have been detected were it not for the prohibition against b****t harvesting in the State; and
(6) b****t harvesting invites e******neering activity at home and creates the possibility of undue influence over v**ers by political operatives.
The bill would prevent states that allow b****t harvesting from receiving federal funds through the E******n Assistance Commission (EAC). The only people who would be allowed to deliver other people’s b****ts would be e******n officials; U.S. Postal Service employees and officials authorized to deliver the mail; and a “family member, household member, or caregiver of the person to whom the b****t was mailed.”
In a statement, Davis said:
We cannot allow politics to interfere with the integrity of our e*******l process. B****t harvesting, in the way House Democrats are trying to nationalize, allows any individual to pick up any v**er’s b****t for any reason and deliver it to the polling location, completely unchecked. This ‘p******c relief’ bill from House Democrats would actually jeopardize public health by allowing ‘b****t brokers’ to go door to door with a blatant disregard for social distancing guidelines. Not to mention, allowing political operatives to pick up b****ts is unnecessary when mail b****ts already have pre-paid postage.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has included nationwide b****t harvesting in every c****av***s relief bill she has proposed. None has become law.

B****t harvesting has become a Democrat tool for c***ting. In reference to the North Carolina e******n there were allegations of illegal b****t harvesting but no fraud. The GOP agreed to another e******n in which the Republican won by a greater margin than he did the first time.
Won’t pass the House. A good idea though.
