By the way the government regulations are for our health and safety, and sometimes for mere enjoyment,as in protecting our beautiful parks and wildlife, we have a civic duty to that also. The people who produce waste, it is their responsibility to take care of it out of the profits they make. Industry's have made record profits for decades and we were still improving on the environment, until now.
