I'm with him...
Really wish I could chip my daughter...
The argument at the beginning is retarded... Pedophiles could stalk them
That's why chipped cars are so easy to steal an hard to locate... (heavy sarcasm!)

Wake up and smell the coffee before you die. In the USA all new cars are equipped with GPS trackers at the dealership when they receive them. It does not matter whether you pay cash or finance the vehicle. When you stop paying they turn the code over to the insurance company and they can track the signal and trace where the vehicle is. I paid cash for my truck and when I looked under the carpet on the passenger side of the the vehicle I found the tracking device just haphazardly wired in. It was transmitting when I took it out. If you want your daughter microchipped then you do not believe in the Bible and you do not believe in free choice. I'm really glad that you live in China and not in Canada or the USA.

I'd get her chipped by a veterinarian, not a regular doctor. They have a nasty habit of adding things like mercury, fetal cells, and other things to their vaccines. Bill Gates is a closet eugenist. He wants to depopulate the world. Research his parent's background. The biggest group guilty of the rape of small children around the world is UN Peacekeepers.

Chuckle
My last trip home I stopped by a veterinary clinic that is friends with my mom and inquired about the possibility...
The reaction was a bit much
It's one of my greatest fears... Some 20,000-200,000 children go missing in China every year... Many are abducted by estranged parents or grandparents... But many more are trafficked... I love that they execute child traffickers... wish I could participate in that
Not a very Christian thought

Justice is absolutely a Christian idea. I've stopped a lot of bullies when I was younger who were picking on people. It gave me more joy than bruises. Some might have beat me like a drum but most never tried. They like sure things. If most women had the ability, they would protect themselves and dish out a lot of correction to dipsticks and so would lightweight men. But if you think you can't win, you won't. If I had kids everyone would have been in some sort of self-defense, confidence building class. Good adults and good cops can't be everywhere. Teach them to be wise and aware of their surroundings. To leave, if possible, when things start going south. To absolutely leave when the booze and drugs come out. Most problems never start when people are in their right minds. You have to teach them to use their own brains, you can never protect them 24/7/365.
They have to learn, to be wise. Mistakes help that to happen, just don't harp on them long. Never destroy their spirit. They won't be children for long. You're raising a good moral, well-adjusted adult who makes their own good choices. Sometimes they blow it and the world outside the home can be dangerous. Being a good parent must be a joy and terrifying at the same time. Best wishes, in the most difficult job in the world. Apologize when you blow it and be sincere. I loved my dad, but he was the worst promise-breaker I've ever known. I hate that is what I remember most about him. Not the big things but the little things. I do believe he did the best he could, most of the time, but his promises were worthless. I once asked him to put a promise in writing, he wouldn't do it. But he knew I was onto him.

A very bad idea and it should be slammed.

You want to protect her? Then teach her how to fight or have someone who knows how to fight and has fought for their life teach her. They can instill in her the mentality to fight back as well. That's the best thing parents can do for their children. Not a chip.

Sure...
At 2 1/2 I'm sure she's more than capable of fighting off a couple adults...
What do you think... Kung fu or kick boxing for her first few lessons?

2 year olds can learn more than you think.

Not full fledged martial arts. Doesn't matter what you doubt. If you doubt then that's a barrier.

No... I meant that I doubt they are capable of more than I think....
I've worked extensively with young children in the past and early childhood education is the focus of my current and prior degrees...
Kids are amazing...
