She is indeed. There have been many other super fine 1st ladies as well. I haven exhausted the list but here are a few: Ms FDR. Ms. Nancy Reagan, both Ms Bushes, Ms Eisenhower Ms Kennedy, Ms Washington, Ms Adams, Ms Truman. I am sure that I will extend this list . I intend to read biographies on every president. each of their wifes had a profound effect on this nation. Anyone who disagrees with me, I expect, they think they have a superior mind than their wifes. I have heard that there are women that complain that their husbands do not listen to them.

Understand, I am conservative Republican, but historically no First Lady can touch the impact Eleanor Roosevelt had on the country and all future First Ladies. I would have disagreed with much of what she stood for, but she was one hell of a First Lady! Credit given where credit is earned.
