Trumps economy is in the crapper, worse than at any point since the Great Depression. This agreement was negotiated under Obama’s leadership, Trump had nothing to do with it. It was also a phase in that is currently underway. This is beside the point, NATO is an alliance by treaty, there is not and has never been any dues, to claim otherwise is either a lie or a product of abject ignorance.
