According to the ADA - American's Disability Act, it prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas including employment, t***sportation, COMMUNICATIONS, and access to state and local government.

We have no idea who amongst our community is deaf thereby, by wearing a mask, ALL deaf and hearing impaired are discriminated against since the mask prevents them from being able to read lips.

That being said, should we be required to wear a mask by stores etc.? If they make masks mandatory are they breaking federal law? If we comply are we breaking federal law? Lastly, aren't the people making up such rules the real law breaker?

Are you talking about the Black Plague? The one caused by bacterium pestis? The gram negative, nonmotile, rod shaped, coccobacillus bacteria with no spores in it? That one, or the Pahvant Valley Plague? Or the C****-** V***S?

I sincerely hope no one on this sight believes I think deaf people are stupid. To the contrary. I take exception to your statement "so deaf people can understand just how r****ded they areas well". I believe the masks make communications in public much more difficult for people who are hearing impaired. It's called empathy! Imagine, you can't hear anything, silence. You know conversations are taking place all around you but you can't understand what anyone is saying. It would be like living in another country, unable to understand the language.

Now that we know people who where masks are not trying to prevent the spread The Plague, I believe the ADA needs to look into whether or not the rights of the deaf and hearing impaired have been considered when implementing these unlawful rules, some made by UNELECTED officials based on science that came out of a C*****r Jack box.

Lastly, I did not protest anything, I have never considered myself a radical and you have no idea whether or not I tote a gun so I would have to say your resources are quite suspect.

I live in another country.... The first few months were difficult, but I survived... One of my friends was a partially deaf man no lived here for almost a decade... Never learned the language... But he was fine...

What makes you think that deaf people are parading about in public during the epidemic? And for those who do need to go out, they are perfectly capable of bringing a pad of paper and having people write out what is being said.... Or using a smart phone with dictation...

My empathy involves not spreading A deadly pathogen... I think that trumps letting deaf folk read my lips... Seems that law. makers agree with me..

Plague is a term for a disease that affects a large part of the population... It's used in the Bible numerous times... Do you believe that God was alluding to "The Black Plague" each time?
