Jan. 23: W***n and three other cities are put on lockdown. Right around this time, approximately 5 million people leave the city without being screened for the illness.
Jan. 24–30: China celebrates the Lunar New Year holiday. Hundreds of millions of people are in t***sit around the country as they visit relatives.
Jan. 24: China extends the lockdown to cover 36 million people and starts to rapidly build a new hospital in W***n. From this point, very strict measures continue to be implemented around the country for the rest of the epidemic.
And yet they let international flights leave for the EU and America without a single warning to us. It is as if they fired a nuke at the world!!!

I don't get you people , why are you not putting blame where it belongs!! Yes we are responsible for our part ,but China should be held responsible for theirs!!

The American Academy of Dermatology has received over 200 submissions of dermatological manifestations that healthcare providers are seeing in patients with C****-**, and about half have noted these lesions.
"My message to the public would be: If you develop these, talk to your healthcare provider," said Dr. Esther Freeman, a dermatologist, an epidemiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital who's managing the registry.
"In the absence of another reason to have these 'C***D toes,' you may want to consider testing," she added.

NO! Direct communication is necessary to clearly communicate what is going on, else it could be anything requiring verification's, etc.
