Are stay at home orders that are based on race, religion, age, sex, national origin or handicap considered discrimination? Is discrimination of certain groups now acceptable by executive orders?
In this new age of political correctness, do you really need to ask that? Go to a wild party and see what happens. But go to a church gathering and you may get arrested.

Stay at home orders are unconstitutional, PERIOD! No existing government within the USA has any right to order any civilian to do anything. They can pass a law if they wish and it will be tested in the courts but no government official in this country has the power to order any civilian to do anything. They have the power to ask for civilian cooperation but not to order it. NOTE: in this case, the term 'civilian' does not include civilian employees of the government. They are of course required to perform their assigned duties as employees.

Across the nation otherwise healthy "elderly individuals" are being confined. "Elderly individuals" is not clearly defined. Is it anyone over 55 years old? These individuals are not allowed to leave their independent living apartments except to walk the grounds. They are not allowed to go to doctors appointments, pick up their mail, buy groceries or visit neighbors. Their friends and family are not allowed to visit them. If they do leave, even for a doctor's appointment, they are confined to total isolation for two weeks. They are no longer allowed to even go outside of their units. If they fail get in line with these mandates they are threatened with being locked out of their gated communities and made homeless. These rules are being enforced by apartment managers who seem to now have police powers over their tenants.
By President Trumps guidelines and by state Governor's mandates these otherwise healthy individuals are basically under house arrest and placed in solitary confinement while the rest of the population moves about relatively freely. They will continue to be confined for a undefined period while the rest of society opens back up. This is an open ended timeline that may force many of the "greatest generation" to live out their remaining lives locked up and alone. How is this not age discrimination? Is the "greatest generation" that fought and died for liberty now the disposal generation to be locked up, for life, with no freedoms or rights, for their own good?

It is not a question of "is okay". It's a matter of basic imprisonment. Under house arrest. No choice at all about how or where they spend their remaining days. Admit it or not. Find an excuse or not. This is blatant discrimination against older and/or disabled individuals. It is about landlords and property managers acting as self a appointed police force robbing individuals of their freedoms. Where is the outrage by those screaming about social injustice and e******y of rights.
