President Trump made Florida his official residence, as a pragmatic decision, because they, unlike New York, do not have a state income tax, which would allow Trump to avoid being taxed an 8.2 percent NY state tax rate and a 3.87 percent NY city tax rate.

Likewise, Florida does not require inheritance tax, unlike New York, whose tax rate is as high as 16% for estates over $10.1 million, which could impart savings for Trump's heirs in the future.

In addition, declaring Florida his residence may shore up support in that swing state, for the 2020 p**********l e******n.

Loving one state more than the other or being disliked in one state more than another is immaterial. He owns property in each, and is free to visit each.

He's pro-life because he at some point had an epithany, and he loves his ten grandchildren.

There are a number of other opinions about this. It is not necessary to quote scripture to those on OPP. Several religious dogmas claim it's "their way or the highway," but logic doesn't hold that Christianity, or any other dogma, is the "only" way. For logic to work, only one way can be correct, and since more than one dogma claims to be correct, there is no way other than blind faith, and your opinion, that makes it so. I believe that God will have to decide, not Jesus Christ, nor Muhammad, nor any of the lesser "gods or prophets," so I'll take my chances with wh**ever I believe, and leave the wild-ass claims of other religious "believers" to them, and not begrudge your religion or the religion of anyone else.

Organized Religions are many, but they are, in general, just ways to enrich someone who claims to be a "believer," and is charismatic and smooth talking enough to get a lot of people to believe his shtick is what they want to hear; they pray publicly, but prey on others, particularly the elderly.Frankly, I believe the government should repeal the 501C3 tax break altogether; which would likely make most of these s**ms unprofitable! Airport screenings started January 17. January 20 the CDC activated their reporting system after the first US case. The PCTF had its first meeting on January 27 and Trump introduced the members of the PCTF on January 29. January 31 Trump announced his ban on travel from China, which was denounced by Biden and leading democrats and the media as r****t and xenophobic. February 4 the FDA allowed the CDC c****-** tests to be used in non-CDC labs. Trump also addressed the p******c in his State of the Union address, which Pelosi tore up because the was nothing of value in it. February 5 congressional leadership was briefed on it. February 9 the PCTF addressed state leaders at the National Governors Association Meeting.
There's more and if necessary for those who can't take facts or look it up themselves, I'll try to post more later. But, yeah, I can see your point. Trump did nothing and didn't take it seriously. The Democrats had much more important things to do like try to have an impeachment without any evidence.
Btw, the economy he inherited was barely sputtering along. Obama had said get used to a 1% growth rate and manufacturing jobs never coming back. The economy was tanked by the government shutdowns.
