Meanwhile the world is trying to figure out if The Donald's Bestest Friend is dead or just incapacitated after a serious heart procedure...perhaps they are trying to give him a new heart, the one he had was defective?

You know, they may not have a single case. After all, they may just k**l anyone with the v***s without testing them, so officially they have no proven cases. Much the same way that Stalin worked when he was in power in the Soviet Union.
