Hi all-- I am newnviction
Impeachment-- The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
Impeachment-was put in the constitution to stop the over reaching Executive Branch of Government that tries to Usurp the Congress of the United States. The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. Obama has went way past this already. He has also violated the oath of office of the president of the United States.
Before the President enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: --
" I do solemnly swear ( or affirm ) that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. "
Obama has done nothing except attack our constitution.
With the Executive Orders in the NDAA
he has, put in place the authority of our military to arrest any American on suspicion, No Judge, no lawyer, to hold you with out charges, to hold you as long as they want to. till you die if they want , can k**l you if they want and nothing can be done about it.
Obama violation --- Article I , Section 9, Para 2 The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of r*******n or invasion the safety may require it.
Obama violation-- Article I Section 8 para 8.
Amendments
Article I-- Freedom of speech-- Had the guy who made the film on Muslims, Thrown in Jail ( Movie is a freedom of speech)
Obama violation-- Attacks on the Second Amendment--
A well regulated m*****a, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. This Amendment was just not for the right to hunt.
The second amendment was also the right for , you to protect your family ,to protect your neighbor, to protect your community, to protect your state. also to protect you form a tyrannical government. Remember they had just fought a war with England for the right to worship God in their own church and religion.
The list goes on and on. but i don't want to be here all night.

Obama seems to have done all those things. Now how do you propose to just throw him out of office? Impeachment won't happen anytime soon unless the GOP carries the Senate in 2014 and the House stays in their hands. The Democrats in the Senate aren't going to allow him to be removed so how do we get rid of him?

can't --They are all to scared. The regular media will not say any thing bad about him. If you ever noticed the regular media has a halo around his head, magazines the same.The public has no idea what is going on in Washington. Young People are taught government knows best. The worst part is any one who questions anything Obama does is a R****t. One Senator drafted a bill to amend the constitution to let the president serve more than two terms. President Obama is most likely a really good man , he believes what he is doing is best for the country.
I just disagree with his ideology. The government is now in control of the healthcare, Auto industry, Banks, Will take over the insurance business with negotiators that are going to tell you what insurance to buy, Big business (Unions ) taxes , more spending, one of the Senators saying government should take care of your kids, in control of all education ( student loans only by the government ).
They blamed George Bush for the housing crisis, Not so,Bush tried 17 times to rein in Freddie and Fanny but the democrats stopped him every time. So much, for every should have a house whether you could pay for it or not. Government bureaucrat decide whether at your age if you get the medicine or if it cost too much. Death Panels, Trying to get all the guns , National v*****e tracking and bio-surveillance under the guise of a national health emergency. Government Jobs to put people to work
Our government is doing like Hitler , IN THE THIRTIES .
Hitler Control. , Government brainwashed the school kids ,
Hitler did the same thing in Austria, Austria seen Germany with a better living standard under Hitler , gave up their guns , elected him as president. Hitler took over Austria with out a war. I have to stop I do not type well at all . I am getting tired. Hope to here from you again.
