We Are Still Waiting For The Appropriate Federal Testing Response We Will Be Needing
This is the number one thing Trump needs to have at a far higher level of capacity and smoothness.
He is obviously going to be held accountable for a series of delays of one type or another. He is rewriting the narrative to say that it was the responsibility of each state to do testing, but the CDC aggressively blocked new labs from entering the testing arena.
Of the many many things that have gone wrong for wh**ever reason with the two big labs the CDC was relying on, Trump's failure to accept help from the world health organization when they offered to set up our labs with the protocol for an earlier start may be one of the more hard to explain failures.
I still think testing has been slow walked because Trump does not want the increased numbers that come with it. With states being in charge of it it will be the new conspiracy designed to steal the e******n away from Trump, it's all about Trump.

His Dr says testing is not a federal responsibility and up to states

Whether or not it is the federal government or the state government function to start a testing program, it is a group of scientists that must establish the protocol for the testing and which areas are first for testing and which ones must go to the end of the line, and that is after they have determined that the test is safe and accurate. Now, if you think that all that could have been done in 3 months, I think you are naive. More likely it is really just another H**E TRUMP move.
The FDA and CDC have been d**gging their feet. There are tests that are available but they are d**gging their feet on this crisis are moving forward at the pace of a sloth!
