History repeats itself. A friend came across this poem written in 2020 (edited to true author and time)

written by Kitty O’Meara:

And people stayed at home
And read books
And listened
And they rested
And did exercises
And made art and played
And learned new ways of being
And stopped and listened
More deeply
Someone meditated, someone prayed
Someone met their shadow
And people began to think differently
And people healed.
And in the absence of people who
Lived in ignorant ways
Dangerous, meaningless and heartless,
The earth also began to heal
And when the danger ended and
People found themselves
They grieved for the dead
And made new choices
And dreamed of new visions
And created new ways of living
And completely healed the earth
Just as they were healed.

It's amazing.

No matter how hard the enemy tries to twist and hide the t***hs God would have us be assured of it comes out anyway!

I am unhappy about the length of my hair on my mostly bald head. I am seeing various women beginning to show gray roots on their formerly luxurious heads. It has got to be devastating.

I used to have long auburn hair. Then I had it cut a little shorter but kept it auburn. Now, due to Hashimotos thyroiditis and finally thyroid cancer, I don't have much hair at all. No problems I do have a lot of really nice wigs and I can go on pretending that I am not almost 80.

I did too. It was so beautiful I was mentioned in the song Animal Fair.

Little did I know some masher was watching!

There's a scene in Babylon 5 where this progression plays out in some/such/not so many words in scene where one alien ambassador explains what they did as children in bunkers while the other alien ambassador's people were bombing the snot out of them from space (old rivalry...B5 is like a soap opera five years in realtime and on the show...good character arcs).

Um...they were both in a bunker on an alien (Earth's...we were getting bombed too ) space station being bombed by other aliens.
