Actually the zinc component that is incredibly effective at knocking down colds and flue is also effective against C***d as well. I have jars of the Elderberry zinc vitamin C formula called Sambucol. I went to get the Zicam gummies I like but the price had gone stupid on Amazon so I switched to the elderberry one. I also have the Zicam that is nasal gel swabs and the chewable tablets that taste horrible.
My wife and I are fans of gin and tonic when we shoot pool in the evenings, Tanqueray is the real deal there.
Everything that can effectively tip you into the survivor category if you start feeling bad is all good.
