I can see how not making it a crime to go out to the beach can be beneficial to folks as long as they aren't crowding together, and being stupid.
The left doesn't get the fact that we aren't all stacked on top of each other like they are on the beloved coasts in this country.
I observe people daily going outside, and doing it in a safe manner, while respecting those around them.
