Lab Expert Says The DOD Alone Has A Dozen Labs That Could Be Doing Testing

The full on effort that South Korea employed the day after both countries reported their first cases is still not being done...what is this that we don't have a hundred labs cranking out everything they can do? This is over a month past when the CDC reported it's massive testing failure with it's two monster labs...
It looks like congress needs to get in as soon as possible and figure out what all the lies and BS are all about. Pence keeps talking huge numbers that are not happening. It does not take over a month to get labs up and running, what is the frigging holdup?
The DOD has a dozen big labs that can do the work, we have federally funded research labs like Lawrence Livermore Labs and Los Alamos, We have research institutions, we have state diagnostic labs that could focus on it. We should have every lab that can do these tests doing them, we need to be getting results on hundreds of thousands of tests a day so as to identify people that don't even know they have it.
I don't think this failure is incompetence, I think it has to do with trump and the CDC keeping control of the testing among a couple of giant companies for reasons of the money involved and perhaps the control of the reported test results. I think Trump dumped billions at the giants and is keeping smaller players out, for his own agenda. There is no other explanation, incompetence couldn't be so bad. Only a congressional intelligence committee is going to be able to figure out why this is being done literally the worst of any country in the world short of Iran.
