This is a conundrum. Some of the people could be saved but how? DeSantis may need some aid here. He’s a good guy and how does a good guy condemn a possible 300 people to death! May God be with him and them.

They got on that ship knowing the v***s was spreading at this timd there are 30 ships out there that's insanity. Just a few weeks ago One was loading passengers in Texas one person boarding said she would be ok if she washed her hands a lot.
It was their choice and now they need to deal with there choice.

A port should be opened on the East coast for returning cruise ships. People should disembark and be t***sported to a quarantine site for 2 weeks. We did it before on the west coast. A little common sence and compassion would go a long way.

Refusing to act prudently and lock down a state full of older people before spring break was not the act of a good guy. I saw where he just this morning went to some sort of stay at home order, every day he didn't was going to be costing thousands of lives at the top end of Florida's curve.
If the state has good quarantine protocols in order the people of Florida are safer from them than they are from their general population at this point.

I would prefer the decision of Ron de Santis. The passengers of those cruise ships wanting to anchor will bring huge devastation like NY. I think those people can stay for quarantine and perhaps medical care could be provided to them at the ship. That is the price of their taking too much risks for the cruise. Their landing could cause the whole destruction of the State of Florida. Millions of people become their victims versus them. Gov. de Santis, please keep you decision. Yes because the v***s accelerates. They must be quarantined and the best place is the cruise ship. They must have medical care at the ship. The whole population of Florida will get so much damage like NY if they are out of the ship. That is why all of us are required to isolate from people. Please understand that.

We don’t actually know when they got on the ship. Humanity demands that we don’t even take that into consideration.

I believe you are half right. It’s where cruise ships unload in Florida. In this case it’s Miami which is a hotspot and the healthcare system is already overloaded. These people should be taken off ships and quarantined. Remember it wasn’t that long ago, mid January that the World Health Organization said the v***s wasn’t contagious. Due to China’s lying no one had a proper handle on this.
