The aircraft carrier USS Roosevelt is docked in Gaum with limited ICU capabilities and over 100 sailors hit with CV.
“We are not at war,” the captain of the carrier Theodore Roosevelt wrote. “Sailors do not need to die. If we do not act now, we are failing to properly take care of our most trusted asset — our sailors.”

They are in Guam, not Japan, I may have misspelled it in my first post, and it looks like they may have to resort to building a tent hospital. One has to wonder just how widespread the v***s would be on a ship once it is finally discovered and identified. One of the problems we have here is that the test being used takes a week or more to process and get a result. On a ship that would be enough time to spread through the entire crew...

My mistake perhaps....
With resources scarce in the US I was just thinking it would be a good time for an ally to show appreciation...
Yes.. Testing times are abysmal.... But I hear they are improving...

Six of one, half a dozen of the other. Actually, they should be able to fly them anywhere if they become critical.
