You should check your references. One of them talks about 17.8 tons of PPE sent to China on Feb 4, the other one is about China sending 80 tons of PPE TO the US. The PPE sent to China was not from Federal stockpiles nor was it paid for by US taxpayers; all of that equipment was donated by US taxpayers for the express purpose of helping the Chinese with what was a serious epidemic in China and the US government merely expedited the movement of that privately donated, non-US government material to China. At the time, there were only 15 C****-** cases in the US and over 25 thousand in China. Be a destructive Monday morning quarterback all you want, but the President didn't have a crystal ball, he acted in a humanitarian manner and gave nothing from you to China (unless you were one of those who donated in which case you directed the material be sent to China).
