During his interview, Biden appeared to be totally confused and said, “We have to depend on what the president’s going to do right now. And first of all he has to tell, wait til the cases before anything happens — look, the whole idea..”

I think the Dems know exactly what they are doing. Run anyone so they can do their usual poll tricks. It is going to all depend on who the nominee selects for VP. That is the real dem candidate for prez.
