Every time there was an e******n there was a run on guns and Ammo. Stores restocked, supplies got better, new scare, new run on guns.

Guns are like toilet paper, people feel comforted, like they are being proactive about preparing, it's psychological BS, you only need so many guns, more won't help you. I was talking to my friend who's dad owns the little gun store here, they think it's pretty funny. They thank god for Obama, they were about to go under when Obama was elected, and they had another run when he got reelected. When Trump was elected they were laughing that they did not get the surge in gun sales they get when a dem is elected.

Is buying a gun now going to make any difference to most people? I'm thinking not.

Guns are “precious metal”. Waaaaay better investment than gold or silver.

If you get your gold and silver, out of your “hidey hole”, and clean it, polish it and take it out in the country to play......well, you might need a mental checkup! Do it with your gun.....nobody will notice your mental issues.

You hear that “bump in the night”: you grab your gold a silver....whatcha’ gonna’ do with it? Pay ‘em?

There’s a Psalm somewhere: Yay, though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death; I fear no evil.....

......because I’m the baddest mf’r in the valley when my AR-15 is with me.

The people who are buying now most likely never fired a weapon and most likely have put themselves and loved ones at risk . Myself I doubt I'd shoot someone over bread or to
There are still laws on the books on how you may use deadly force.v***s or no v***s

I don't need, and can't afford a new gun now. The multitude I have will last forever.

However, I WILL NEED the 3600 rolls of toilet paper, 1123 rolls of paper towels, 800 packs of ramen noodles, and enough canned goods to create a sag in the floor.

So sorry to hear that you can’t afford a new gun right now. Your bail-out check should cover a couple of real nice firearms.

If I stay with 7.62x39 or 5.56, I’ll buy two. If it’s .308, probably just one.

I was being a smartass, but if I do get a check, it will go to help people we know who are struggling now.
My wife and I are "essential" so our financial situation hasn't changed.

I read where they're putting off mortgage payments, rent, and utilities here which is great, but when the bill comes due after this, it's gonna screw a lot of people.

I do like your choices though.

I just don't feel the need for another right now. I have plenty as it is.

I would, someday like to pick up a well made double rifle in .458 mag.

Why? I ask myself the same question. I fired one once. A real fancy one made by some English maker, and the recoil was devastating.
But it was cool!!

Yeh, I was being facetious as well. I kid my wife about it everyday. She’s not in a “spending mood” because of the stock market.

If you want to get that “recoil rush” for cheap.....get that Mosin M44 out.

Hey, I saw $1.48 gas today! Order another case of 9mm!

Hey, I'm just the dick who brings you your bills.
Once I start dropping checks in mailboxes, I'll be a genuine hero!

We have a lot of hero's out there now in my opinion. From the truck driver to the shelf stocker, and everyone in between.
But most of all, the medical people.
And, buck forty eight gas?

Time for a roadtrip!!
