Senator Murphy was at that congressional hearing and spoke yesterday about it on MSNBC's ALL IN with Chris Hayes. His interview is still up.

Thanks, son. We all need to come together, but it's still difficult for the Left to let their animosity and attack this crisis. It's almost in many cases like they think any mistakes Trump makes, he will be held accountable. Trump is doing an incredible job, in a situation that is like a complex intertwined puzzle. Ask the 'NTB' know-it-alls on the Left, who could do a better job? Crickets. They don't even have the nerve to say "Biden', simply because that would make them look more stupid than they already are. Thanks again buddy, for your positive words. The Left on OPP, all they do b***h, moan, and complain, slam Trump and slam Christ. They never offer solutions to ANYTHING.

Some of the thinking reminds me of California and one of their dams. I forget which one, but when they were in their long droughts, actually fixing the deteriorated spillway of the damn was a low priority. They knew they had to do it, but since it seemed the drought would never end, the money always seemed to go somewhere else. I guess it was the Oroville dam.

Then one year it rained, and rained, and rained. Fixing the spillway in the rain was as difficult as it would have been easy during the dry spells. At one point they were in danger of a serious breech that would have k**led a lot of people and washed away a lot of homes. Somehow they dodged the bullet and now it is forgotten.

To get back to the v***s. Instead of spending money on shovel ready projects, Democrats should have used the porkulus money to stockpile ventilators and N-95 masks.

trump got rid of the people who were in charge of ventilators and masks. in 2018.

There are two possibilities to take away from Trump’s approach to people getting fired:

He actually doesn’t know what is going on in his administration, and key people are being fired, and key positions being eliminated, without his knowledge. That is certainly not impossible at lower levels, but you really need to wonder how it could be true for people as close to him as Omarosa used to be, or for elements of the National Security Council.
He actually does know, and he’s just too much of a coward to take responsibility for what has been done on his watch, whether it’s eliminating a whole group of people and threatening national security, or merely firing an ex-friend from a featherbedding gig.
I tend to lean towards option two - partly because he’s already a known coward, partly because whether or not he was paying attention, it’s inconceivable that he wouldn’t be told, at least by anyone who wanted to keep their own ass covered for later.

Original question:

What do you think of Trump's response, when asked about his disbanding of the p******c response office, that "I don't know anything about it"?

Spin, it takes a bold man to sound words of support to the orange ding dong at this time.. much of his wild comments are on tape and that makes your support and comments very hard to see the light of day..

As to another comment, "who would do a better job?".. while nearly anyone would, that is not any sort of issue.

that fact is, you people wanted him and gave him this job.. you shoved him in the oval office to do this..the past has been about snafos of his own making.. this v***s is the exception.. this is not about undoing his own brainless acts, it a crisis which has been predicted for over 60 years.. Obama had an agency in place. trump destroyed it.. the world told us all about the v***s in Nov 2019.. trump mocked them and said when the weather got warm the v***s would disappear.. Governors talked of dead bodies piling up and trump said we could handle the 15 victims and then it would all disappear..

So your question of who would do a better job, is answered by, anyone walking past ..

You elected him now you are stuck with him and only a fool would try and brag about him..

For months his only mention of the C****av***s was to state categorically that the reports about it were a h**x. He even implied that there was a chance of experiencing a miraculous outcome and that v***s would just disappear next week.

Everybody within the medical community knew it would be very bad.

Once when I saw The President saying that we have the situation under control, I began whistling “Happy, happy talkie happy talk” (it’s a fun song from the movie and play “South Pacific”) and twirling my fingers at the side of my head, indicating that that the happy talk was just crazy talk.

I knew that when the C****av***s exploded President Trump would lie about what he said in the past, and he did not disappoint. He said that he knew that this was a p******c right from the beginning. If he knew that we would have a disease of p******c proportions where are all the masks and ventilators?

His statement that he was not a “shipping clerk” was an abrogation of his responsibility. We had a national need for containment of the v***s and mitigation of the damage. The job of the federal government was to lead and coordinate with the states in the face of highly unusual circumstances, but somehow our President thought it was desirable to have New York compete with Illinois to try to obtain ventilators. He now has the nerve to say that competent medical experts are exaggerating the need for equipment.

I can just imagine the blindly loyal Trump supporters going to v**e for him as soon as their parent’s funeral ends.

In regards to the C****av***s, don’t believe a word out of our President’s mouth.

Son, that article is the point used in all the arguments that trump did not fire the team.

what it says is that someone else in the administration did that, not trump..

trump did not make a phone call to fire them, he had someone else do it for him.. that is the t***h and it also fits the fact that he is a coward of the first order and having someone else do it for him lets him make the claim that it is "not his fault"..

So much for the BS of the orange mistake...
