Yesterday my uncle called my ma and told her he and my aunt were sick for a few days almost a month ago. He had a temp for a few hours and she just felt blah.

They got tested a week or so ago and found they had c****av***s antibodies.

Anyone else got any personal, unvarnished tales of bodies in the streets and gasping throngs mobbing hospitals in a futile attempt save themselves?

Mass graves? Black helicopters spraying chemicals over the deserted, uninhabitable cities?

Anyone?

So after your Aunt and Uncle got better, and without symptoms they went somewhere and used two test kits to see if they had had the C****a V***s a few weeks before, I was under the impression that test kits were hard to come by. Glad to hear that the test kits are getting more plentiful and glad to hear your Aunt and Uncle had a mild case. I had symptoms a few weeks back, maybe I'll go see if it was C****a.

I got sick couldn't breathe on the 10 th. this month got worse and on Friday 13 th. went to doctor and suppressed i****e s****m with Prednisone for 7 days as well as usual Ventolin and Paracetamol.

That was 19 days ago lost 7 kg that's 15 pounds.

Starting to feel better today, I don't think they tested me for the V***s but I did the usual blood test for other stuff.

I think I got mild pneumonia from psychosomatic stress.

Prednisone always makes you gain or lose.
I was told a long time ago, I had to take it the rest of my life.
One month and I tossed it.

I don't think it helped me but who knows at the time I had the feeling it was psychological.

I didn't notice a difference.
I'm supposed to take B-12 shots every month and I didn't think they helped.
I haven't had one in a while and I can tell the difference.
I just wish they'd use a larger dose.
My husband had been put on Prednisone a month before I was.
The month I took them, I gained 10 pounds and he lost 10 pounds.
I could use 10 a couple of times, but he couldn't afford to lose another ounce.

Breathing is everything weight is proportional to ambition, that's why I got sick, I had retired doing only ambitions now I'm back working like never before how awful.

Two Paramedics I know have it, one is isolated at home and appears to be recovering, the other is in ICU and her chances aren't looking good. Both were exposed by the same patient while t***sporting him to Hospital before we knew the v***s was here, both were in excellent health, near the same age, and were not ill prior to the exposure. Researchers here are still trying to tease out why there was such a radically different response to the infection between the two.

I'm very small boned and small boned people look fat if they gain too much.
I'm happy between 92 and 103.

I'm not sure how they ended up getting tested but my uncle does travel to China from time to time because his company sells mining equipment. He may have been alerted by his company.

A lady on the Piute res. here told me this morning she thought she may have had it a few weeks back
