There's only one answer to this: Barack Hussein Obama
His ObamaCare is accomplishing what it is intended to do.
The costs per employee are going to strangle potential job providers, whether large corporations or small businesses.
The new Canadian proposed pipeline he refuses to approve would have provided 20,000 jobs at start-up.
The offshore oil rigs in the gulf he refused to allow to resume drilling have cost thousands of jobs in southern states.
It's all deliberate. He wants us protesting in the streets. He's trying to provoke a reason to find it necessary to invoke martial law, and Homeland Security has accumulated the firearms and ammunition to enforce it after declared.

All of your post was very good but the bolded part was the real answer to why we see Obama doing all those things to hold back employment.
