NO! God created both of them so the rooster could get a little and the hen could lay the egg .

The chicken came to complain to God about creation, just to start god you made many mistakes while creating animals, look at the giraffe it’s neck is too long, god explains to the chicken how it’s for eating from tall trees because sometimes there is not enough grass, and pointed out why every animal was the way it was.
