Now the house and senate created a bi-partisan bailout stimulus program (SOCIALISM) and in that program they handed the treasury a $500 billion slush fund for Trump with certain restriction as to how these taxpayer funds are to be spent) As soon as the bill was passed and Trump signed it. The White House released a statement by Trump (MY ADMINISTRATION WILL TREAT PROVISIONS AS HORTATORY AND NOT MANDATORY) this means $500 billion and Trump and only Trump will pick winners and losers and spend those funds anyway he wants and totally ignore this stimulus package and what’s in it.
